Brian Longwell Corporate Event Entertainer Ideas
Brian Longwell – Corporate Event Entertainer Ideas
Entertaining a corporate audience, whether for an event, conference, meeting, convention or team building exercise. It is vitally important to be able to appeal to everyone from the executives to the employees in the mail room. I come from the business world and enjoy inside jokes that only someone from the corporate environment would understand.
My 30 to 60 minute “presentation” gets serious laughs from managers and cube dwellers alike. It works best if they expect that they are going to get the usual motivational or inspirational talk filled with obvious points and lame jokes.
Why use comedy?
Using comedy offers the event audience a chance to revive and relax, get a second wind. Which will ultimately allow the event to be more productive, not to mention creating a memory each and every employee, or attendee can share.
Happy Employees = Great Boss
Unhappy Employees = Stalinist Boss
I offer 30 to 60 minute “presentations”. It works out best when the audience is prepared to get the typical motivational or inspirational talk with the usual lame jokes. Watching this short video should explain how it can work. I am affectionately know as Mr. Corporate Comedian.
I split my time between Boston and San Francisco, so events outside of those areas will involve travel expenses.
“Thanks for your excellent presentation in San Francisco. After successfully selling the group the serious-motivational-speaker persona, you then slayed them.”RGA Technology Partners
“You killed! What a fantastic presentation, …HUGE points, Brian. Thank you, again, so much”Rockingham Community Action
“Thanks so much for your hilarious presentation last week at the Harvard Club. As you could tell, the crowd enjoyed it very much. I got lots of good feedback. It was a great ending to a long day.”ING Investments
“What the world needs more of are non-motivational speakers. Blokes in suits who tell you how to do it wrong every time, or how to cock up properly. Brian Longwell’s your chap with his primitive, hand drawn transparencies, and one-man brainstorming sessions.”The List
